Join Denise Sherman, RYT, RA for Yogaroma: A unique experience that combines yoga postures with
aromatherapy. Choose your favorite blend from the T.O.Y. (Tools Of Yogaroma) Box prior to class
allowing the healing effects of pure essential oils to envelop you. Yogaroma and other classes are:
Sunrise/Sunset Stretch & Strengthen: These classes include classic yoga postures, like "down-dog"
and the "sun salutation". Each appeals to fit beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
Rock-N-Flow Yoga: This fun, high energy class includes flowing yoga postures set to soft-rock favorites
from Motown to Jackson Browne. All levels welcome.
Walk-N-Roll Wednesdays: Bring your sneakers, babes in strollers, bikes, or 'blades. Meet at the studio
to sign in, then we'll head to the trail to walk/roll/stroll and stretch. Class is FREE donations accepted.
Gentle Yoga: Join Stacy Kornick for the ultimate in creative relaxation and stress relief. This class
features soothing postures supported by blankets, cushions or blocks.
Mat Pilates: Join gymnast, professional stuntperson and certified Mat Pilates Instructor Heather Kraft
for this core-strengthening workout that focuses on the postural muscles that help keep the body
balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine.
Bellydance/Zumba Fusion: Join Shainna Ali for this exciting new class that features the sensual moves
of bellydance and the Latin rhythms of Zumba, woven together into one sizzling-hot dance workout.

understand, embrace and celebrate all that we are throughout the many stages of our lives.

*The Abundantly Attractive Life/Awakening to Abundance: (returning in August) These refreshing,
real-world workshops involve discussion, journaling, vision boards, aromatherapy and yoga to help us
