This refreshing, empowering workshop/retreat involves
discussion, journaling, discovery vision boards and more to
arm us with the tools, information and inspiration to enhance
our everyday lives. Topics/ exercises address many aspects of
women's wellness from time and stress management to
balancing career, home, relationships and finances. Join us and

Join us for our monthly get-togethers with girlfriends old

Dance Party! Cost: $15 - $75 per person depending on activity.
